I’ve enabled Tiered Cache (no Argo) and APO.
Why would tiered cache show multiple Google origin ips and a low cache hit rate?
Multiple origin IPs would be because either you have multiple A records for the origin or the CNAME resolves to multiple IPs (sometimes geo-steering with cloud providers can make that more IPs than one expects).
All other things being equal, cache hit ratios tend to increase as traffic levels increase. Some basic suggestions on improving cache hit ratios here: Cache performance · Cloudflare Cache (CDN) docs
