Cached DNS addresses

Hello, the issue is that when Cloudflare is enabled on a subdomain, it seems it has cached old DNS addresses, thus it routes to an IP that was used 2 years ago.

Purging cache does not work. Disabling Cloudflare works.

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.

Have you recently changed the service that is hosting your site? The symptoms you describe sound like you may have moved from a Cloudflare for SaaS partner that still has your domain active in their account. If that is the cause you may be able to remedy this on your own using Liberate The Hostname as described the following #tutorial.

Hey, thank you for your reply!

It did work, used the hostname liberation tool.

Appreciate the help
