If by “cannot be HIT” you mean cannot be cached by Cloudflare, please note that Cloudflare can proxy port 2053, but it’s part of a group of ports where caching is not available. Please check the documentation below for more detail:

If what you mean is that you want to block access to this port, the same documentation gives an example of how to do it.

How about “Origin Rules”, user access via port 443 but Cloudflare fetch contents via port 2053?
