Cache stop Homepage and some specific page

Hey I have a news portal by Wordpress CMS,
Every minute My homepage data is changing dynamical , for that Public user will not get update news instantly . for that I would like to user normal catch like js,css,html , static image … not whole content . for that if i publish a text it user will get asap at home page

So I want public user will get every update in a 5 minutes

and other page jogajog24.com/sports

so what should be page rule for me?

Do you mean cache?

HTML is not cached by default, unless you did specify such a page rule. Post a screenshot of your page rules.
