Cache status BYPASS

I’ve been using CloudFlare for a while now and had some rules for HTML pages that are generated based on PHP.

The thing is that today I realized that the status of CloudFlare is ByPass and I have active for some reason the no-cache pragma as well as the cache-control.

However neither htaccess has that restriction nor html or anything else.

HTML generally is not cached. Do you have a Cache Everything page rule? Whats the domain?
