Regularly request for JS files get responded in 600-700ms or even 5-7sec, even though they are cached and 30KB in size
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We moved from PRO to BUSINESS tier to improve the tools available for caching and also trying to bypass any throttle la lower tier account might have.
I’ve opened multiple support tickets only to be ignored by the Cloudflare team, although on Business tier we should get chat support.
But in order to have that you need the Dashboard account which can not be located, and to active it need to open a ticket, and the response will come that there is an incident opened 4 months ago Cloudflare Status - Support Ticket Migration - Case Access Issues.
SO we can’t get what we paid for …
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Visit multiple pages form our site, sometimes even from the start and sometimes later at some point some of the files get a low cwnd=290 which throttles the transfer to a such extent that makes our site not usable.
See attached example where it took more than 900ms to get a cached 54.3kb file
