Cache Pdf files

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

304

What is the error message?

Error Cannot access file! Unexpected server response (304) while retrieving pdf

What is the issue you’re encountering

Some of the PDFs on my site, a few days/weeks after I uploaded them, do not display. example: https://www.tedioli.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Lombardia-regole-installazione-aree-agricole-impianti-agrivoltaici.pdf I have cleared all the caches of Wp rocket and Cloudflare. The file Lombardia-regole-installazione-aree-agricole-impianti-agrivoltaici.pdf is regularly present in the wp-content/uploads/2025/01/ folder, but is not seen.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have deleted the Dynamic Cache of Sitegraund (the other two are deactivated). But the problem persists. SiteGround experts say to check the Cloudflare settings and see if anything is blocking the request made to the URL

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

The Lombardia: regole per impianti fotovoltaici e agrivoltaici page to which the file is linked reports an error 304. See the bottom of the page (in the DFLIP box).

Hello,

It seems like the request might be blocked or served incorrectly. Try purging cache for the specific PDF URL in Cloudflare: Purge cache · Cloudflare Cache (CDN) docs

You can also check Security events for blocked requests.: Analytics · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs
