What is the issue you’re encountering

Hi, I have an issue where some customers are not able to access our main website www.greenwoodfishmarket.com. They are redirected to our shopify store, shop.greenwoodfishmarket.com instead. This was caused when a previous IT agent from Vodien had wrongly amended our DNS records. We have since fixed our DNS records to ensure that both websites are running separately and have tried to purge the main website cache via cloudflare’s online documents. however, this issue still seems to persist for some users. May I check how we can solve this?

The WordPress site https://www.greenwoodfishmarket.com/ is not even using the Cloudflare Proxy (ie Proxy status is “DNS Only”), so Cloudflare can’t be caching or redirecting requests to this address.

So this must be something at those users’ end. And it’s probably a stale DNS cache, rather than an HTML cache.

For what it’s worth I can see your WordPress site: I’m not redirected to the Shopify site.

Hi there and thanks for the prompt reply. I’m not too familiar with website workings so I’m only posting here to get some extra advice for my IT guy.

Would this mean that there is nothing that we can do on our end to resolve this issue?
