Cache Everything - when does the cache renew?

I’ve set up Cache Everything Rules for some CMS pages.

I need to know when does Cache Everything rule renew?

Do I have to manually flush this cache or does it follow Browser Cache?

I’ve read that any changes should trigger cache refresh. I’ve tested and the dynamic content that renews every morning due to product import, does not trigger the refresh.

What gives?
