Our web nodes are pulling data of a Synology NAS server. We use the NAS server primarily for media (images etc.).
We have applied a rule that caches every image for our forum. And it works:
cf-cache-status: HIT
My question is, does Cloudflare continue to send a request to our web servers, even in case of “Cache Everything” ?

If it’s a HIT, then it didn’t hit the server for that file. But at some point, it will again. Probably sooner than later. The HIT only applies to the local datacenter your visitor is going through. Someone in some other region will get a MISS before Cache Everything kicks in.
