Cache everything and woocommerce

What would be the catch here and what am I missing?

Every post says not to do this but what would it actually affect in my situation?

  1. I have no-cache rules in effect for all logged in, my-account and checkout pages.

  2. Cache Everything under that rule for rest of site and wp-admin.

  3. I also have fastcgi in place that excludes all logged in areas

  4. I always pre-warm the cache after a clear so everything is fresh

We dont have user comments, hidden features or any anything away from the my-account section that would have any logged out feature that anyone would see…

again, what am I missing where this would cause any issues or wouldn’t work?
