Bypassing or at least finding WAF managed Rule

I’ve been having trouble with WAF rule 981176 from OWASP but the display in the logs doesn’t tell me anything about it. It doesn’t link to the OWASP rule, it doesn’t describe it and I can’t find it.

Was there a search in here that I can use to find the rule? I feel like I’ve been able to find it before but the numbers don’t appear to be in any real order or grouping.
