Bypass cloudflare DNS for specific or all https pages, resolve to static IP not cloudflare

My CC card provider needs requests for authorization to be called from a static IP, which Cloudflare do not provide, so is there a way of bypassing cloudflare DNS for specific pages or for all https pages on our domain?. Page rules still resolve our https requests to cloudflare IPs and as far as i can tell the only way to stop is to disable cloudflare or set to DNS only.

Cloudflare acts as a proxy for web content delivered to the user. The authorization requests should be coming from the server where you’re hosting the content should it not? So wouldn’t the IP be the address of the server hosting your content?
