Bypass caching not working & site updates not showing

Old WP site had no page rules for any caching in place, and Cloudflare worked in harmony with SiteGround Optimizer previously.

Fast forward to new WP Block Editor site launched with SiteGround optimizer (see setup - 2022-04-18_11-50-22)

Siteground have clarified that all the caching is taking place by Cloudflare.

Updates on the website are not showing up unless the cache is purged.

Cloudflare page rules have now been added - Cache level: Bypass

Even after cache has been purged, some images on incognito browser’s still don’t update.

Any ideas to help please?
