Bypass cache level for admin paage

Hello guys. Hope you are doing well.
I changed the URL of my admin page on my WordPress.
Now I want to change the settings of my Cloudflare for admin page according to this article:

I want to know I have to set this rule for my new URL of my admin page or do it for “example.com/wp-admin”?

Did you already have a Page Rule for your old admin page? If so, then clicking on it will let you edit it.

No, I didn’t. I changed the URL of admin page with a plugin and now I want to make this rule.

The link you posted has the instructions for that. Just substitute in the new admin URL.
