Bypass Cache in WP-ADMIN

Which one is the correct format for page rules to protect admin area, and bypass cache?

estocksites.com/wp-admin

estocksites.com/wp-admin/

estocksites.com/wp-login.php

or should I have www in front of these? or https:// ?

I do believe the correct format for it would be example.com/wp-login/*.

The www is something you need to know yourself, use the hostname you use and have configured as the target for the various SEO consolidation redirects. For the https:// not putting it means it covers both protocols, while http:// should never happen to a visitor you are covered.

try

estocksites.com/wp-admin/*

This is the correct, btw:
estocksites.com/wp-*

That will apply to just about everything on your site under wp-content (plugins, uploads, themes, and the list goes on).
