Buy domain pay failed

The first time I used PayPal to make a payment, I tried several times but it failed. Later, I switched to another card for payment, but I forgot that it didn’t have sufficient balance. After the payment failed, I tried to top up my account again, but it still failed.

Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
