2. I emailed the registrar at [email protected]

You could try to ask the host of the parking page if they can pass a message along to the owner…

You can try a domain broker, although they may face the same problems in locating a contact.

Otherwise you’ll need to wait and see if the domain is renewed. Each year watch and see if it expires then drops and grab it then.
