I tried to buy domains from ‘Buy domain’ → ‘Register Domains’ at left blade menu.
However, below error message was showed, so I could not buy domain.
■ Information
I tried to buy the domain some times from Japan but same error message was showed.
I checked the information (card number, address etc.) for buying domain is correct.
