Under my “Active Subscriptions” section I can confirm I’m on the “Free” plan, however, there’s no button or link to change my plan or upgrade in any way. According to this article (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033922371-Changing-your-Cloudflare-plan-type), it should be there, but is not showing for me.
I suspect/guess you are sign up via partner and you need to go to them to upgrade the account. Post back and LMK if I’ve guessed correctly.
