Zero Trust rules not taking effect.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried opening technical support ticket but workflow of ticketing system does not allow support ticket to be created. Nor does it make the Chat button available for use. I have opened a support ticket using Account/Billing workflow, but it’s been 24 hours and I have not received any correspondence from Cloudflare support.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Launch support.cloudflare.com
- Select ‘Technical - Other Products’ for type of question.
- Select ‘Zero Trust’ for area of help
- Select ‘WARP’ for what feature
- Select ‘Other/I don’t know’ for additional information field
- Reviewed ‘Having errors’ questions. They did not help.
- AI could not answer the question ‘zero trust configuration not taking effect’
- Issue is not domain related
