Business plan, still unable to access SalesForce support portal after two tickets
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
There are have been two or three tickets so far that have failed to resolve this issue. Here are two of the tickets: 01260426, 01010364
There redirect contains this:

I’m sure it’s obvious, but I’m unable to reply to the support tickets… because I can’t access the support portal… which is what the tickets are about. Can someone please help me escalate these to just link the account?
