What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have set up a bulk redirect with a rule and it does not redirect. Not sure what I’ve done wrong.

Thanks for your help. I cannot get it to redirect from any of my computers but your reply prompted me to ask a colleague to try in a different office location and it is now working. Many thanks.
