I have a list of 40,000 URLs to redirect and have tried to upload a bulk list. I have gone into bulk directs, named the list, and uploaded the CSV file with the source URL, target URL, and 301. However, when I try to save this, the page says it is uploading items and then it times out. What am I doing wrong? Is there a limit on the number of URLs per list, and do I need to break it down into smaller lists?
According to bulk redirects availability there is a maximum of 20 on Free, and 500 on Pro and Business.

I don’t believe there is any way you can enable 40,000 redirects using Bulk Redirects.
Perhaps you could set up a KV with the data and worker.
