Bulk delete DNS records

I just purchased a new domain ashana.gay and wanted to put it on Cloudflare. For some reason Cloudflare auto imported over 700 DNS records when adding the domain to my account. I can’t bluk delete these and I don’t want to go 1 by 1 and delete them. Is there an easy way to do this? Cloudflare support can’t help me with this issue because I’m a free user. I looked it up online but it says I have to use the Cloudflare API and I have no clue how to even go about using it.

Might be due to the reason of having apex * (wildcard) DNS record at the zone from our ex-hosting provider. When you have a wildcard entry, any DNS query for your domain get a result.
