[Bug] Internal error processing the URL. This error has been logged. (Code: 1004)

Hello Community, i am reaching out to you guys now, because I have not received a response from Cloudflare Support for more than 12 hours. Yesterday I received a phishing complaint about an account on my website that was misusing our URL shortner, usually only the URL that redirects is flagged by Cloudflare, but unfortunately they flagged the whole domain for no reason. I tried to request a review but as soon as I click the button I get the error message [Internal error processing the URL. This error has been logged. (Code: 1004)]…

I have over 100,000 requests daily and now my company website is dead because of the warning message. I hope someone from the staff team sees this or someone from the community can help me to solve this problem asap.

I think you already know the reason. As this is a Trust and Safety issue, you will have to follow up with them. Their email address is abuse AT cloudflare DOT com

Already contacted them over all type of forms and E-Mails known to me i am still waiting over 24 hours despite that i am paying for there service. I am losing more and more users on my platform every hour which is a huge financial damage to my business as we have paying customers that have obtained a subscription and therefore cannot use our website/URL shortner.

I am also having the same problem.
Has it ever been resolved?
If so, how did you solve it?
