I previously had a domain protected on a paid plan. I’m up to date with my bills, but now I want to re-subscribe because I’m under attack. When I try to configure the domain on the free or Pro plan, I’m getting errors. It’s ironic that now that I need it and want to pay, I can’t use the tool. I also can’t find any options to contact technical support.

I am pretty sure it’s our billing system at issue and only the Billing Support team can assist. Sorry for the issues you’re facing and the hassle.
WRT the attack issue, what have you tried so far, perhaps we can assist without needing a upgrade.
It’s repeatedly making requests to multiple files on the site, which increases server response time and, consequently, Google isn’t ranking the ads. I’ve already disabled hotlinking and set up a firewall, but it’s still there.
