Browser gives 502 error, Telnet gives"Trying 112.208.238.60... telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused"

I have just started a new website “myraspi.tech”. When I use firefox browser I get a 502 error. When I use telnet I get “Trying 112.208.238.60…
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused” error. That IP address if for my ISP of PLDT. Are they some way blocking me? Is there some way CF can check for me? Also I can ping “myraspi.tech” and I get 100% results back. One time when I tried tracerout it went through then it didn’t the next time I tried.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That is an issue on your webserver. You need to contact whomever is responsible for maintaining your server, e.g. your host.
