Browser Cache TTL - Images

Hello,

I am setting my browser cache ttl as defalt - > which is 4 hours for everything

I have also set two page rules

mydomain.com/.jpg - Browser Cache TTL: a year
mydomain.com/.png - Browser Cache TTL: a year

it sometimes work and sometimes it does not work. I still could not understand the problem. I mean sometimes refreshing same browser after 4 hours only loads the things which are not jpg or png but lets say after a day it loads everything from server.

my response headers

  1. cache-control: public, max-age=31536000

  2. cf-cache-status: REVALIDATED

  3. content-type: image/jpeg

  4. expect-ct: max-age=604800, report-uri=

in original there is a star (*) before mydomain and after /. posting it automatically removed
