I’m contacting you because I’m experiencing a problem with Brevo DNS on Cloudflare.
After installing their DNS, the site won’t display and the following message appears: “… redirected you too many times” ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
In the meantime, I have to leave Cloudflare deactivated so that the site can be accessed.
Do you have any idea where the problem might be coming from?
I’ve already contacted Brevo support, who referred me to you…

Otherwise, what is the domain name? (Your screenshot is too small for me to see).

And I would suggest opening a ticket for this issue to investigate further

Unfortunately, the problem persists after setting the SSL/TSL parameter to “Full strict”.

There is a redirect happening at your origin from https://www.lesdouceriesdaurelie.com/ to https://lesdouceriesdaurelie.com/ which creates a loop since https://www.lesdouceriesdaurelie.com/ is pointing to https://lesdouceriesdaurelie.com/ on you cloudflare edge.
please make sure you remove that from your end which would resolve the issue.
