Then I am afraid it’s the ISP issue.
A lot of topics lately about issues with Brazil connectivitty.
The problem continues, it seems to be specific to a proxy IP range, those starting with 104.
Local operators Claro and Embratel seem to be having this problem. Several sites had to disable proxy services to work again.
Does the error still persist? Has anyone managed to fix it?
So do I, I am having a problem regarding a domain of mine, Some computers cannot access my domain while some others can, I’ve turned off clouflare proxy and the ones who couldn’t access then now can access, but I use the proxy to serve my SSL certificates

I keep having issues in some of my clients. I suspect some of the ISPs have blocked a range of CF’s IP addresses

The fact is that I cannot access the site from within our company’s network. For example, I can access it from my home network (VIVO).

Durante todo periodo da manhã suspeitei do firewall.
Agora gostaria de uma confirmação de que se trata de um problema ou da operadora (Embratel no caso) ou da Cloudflare. Fato é que de dentro da minha empresa não consigo acessar.

Acabou de normalizar aqui pra mim.
Algum juíz deve ter ordenado o bloqueio de alguns IPs do Cloudflare por ter algum site hospedado nesses IPs. O que o juíz não sabe é que outras milhares de sites saem do ar junto.
Essas ordens geralmente são encaminhadas para os maiores ISPs… Claro, Vivo, Oi, Embratel, etc… por isso alguns conseguem acessar e outros não.
E ainda há o fato de o roteamento do DNS cair em um IP que esteja bloqueado ou não… ou seja, mesmo estando nessas operadoras, pode ser que não tenha sido bloqueado.
Aqui eu tive que desabilitar o proxy, temporariamente.
