Brand new account, Cannot add website

What is the name of the domain?

loanexpresslink.com

What is the error message?

Requires permission “com.cloudflare.api.account.zone.create” to create zones for the selected account

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot add website, I also cannot get to most pages. I get a 403 | You don’t have permission to view this page.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Read many articles in the help, searched google. tried incognito.
