We are having high bot visitors and have been trying to resolve through clourdflare. We now several custom rules, I have also turned on Super Bot Fight Mode and Under Attack Mode. However we are still having over 1000 bot visitors every day showing in Shopify but the analytics in Cloudflare show just 1 or 2 visitors

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
To proxy your DNS records so your Cloudflare settings are used you first need to raise a support ticket (or a passing staff member may help) and ask for Shopify O2O to be enabled on your account. See…

I tried to add the CNAME record for shops.myshopify.com but had an error to say it couldn’t be proxied.
I am only on Pro plan so have been unable to raise a ticket with Cloudflare, is there any way I can enable Shopify O2O on my account do you know?
Thank you but I don’t seem to be able to raise a support ticket as each time I go through the questions here (https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support) it tells me to come to the community. There is never the option to raise a support ticket. I’m on the Pro plan which is supposed to allow me to raise tickets
