My home wifi and some of my employess cant acess our website recently. We got error timed out error. Everything was working fine until recently we didnt change anything. I have tried several steps to fix the issue nothing works. Website is acessible from other wifi spots, trough my vpn, or trough mobile data
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have tried several things:
Pause cloudflare (it works)
Acess trough VPN both foreign and Slovakia home country vpn (it works both cases)
Hard reset and restart modem - didnt work
Set public DNS severs (google and cloudflare) - didnt work
Flush DNS cache - didnt work
Acess website from mobile data - it works
Majority of traffic seem to be working. Really dont know what can be an issue. Me and like 3 other employess cant acess the website other way than VPN or mobile data, we have same internet provider. We got 522 error. We have tried community posts recommendation we dont block and ip ranges. Also it was working for a few years without a problem.
Thank you for help

I am sorry you’re experiencing this issue with errors. I have checked the error logs for your domain on Cloudflare for the last 24 hours and I can see that these errors are no longer occurring on your website.
It is likely that there was a temporary problem on the path or at your origin preventing connections from completing. However, as this is no longer occurring, it is difficult to pinpoint a root cause. There are two actions I would recommend taking:
Check with your hosting provider to see if they had any issues with packet loss or if your server was under load at the time the errors happened.
Have your hosting provider or server admin confirm that all Cloudflare IP ranges are fully allowlisted from any rate limits. We publish our IPs so that you can do this here: IP Ranges
I’m glad the error is no longer happening for you. However, if you do experience this again please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to take a look for you.
