Bot Protection Blocking My Credit Card Processor

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Is there a way of adding to the list of “good bots” ?

My credit card processor is Nochex.com

When standard bot protection is turned on this site cannot call back to my site, probably throwing a challenge.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

If you are on a free plan, then you can add the bot IP addresses to IP Access Rules as here (the Bot Fight Mode on a free plan cannot be skipped by custom WAF rules)…

If you are on a paid plan, then you can create a WAF custom rule to skip Super Bot Fight Mode.

That would be for the bot operator to do here…

Thanks for that, I’m on a paid plan so will ask for the IP range and add to WAF.

I will also let Nochex know so they can look into it.
