We are seeing an increase recently in the number of connections being incorrectly blocked under the “ Bot Fight Mode for Definite Bots” rules.
Our Pro plan has “definite bots” configured to Managed Challenge however visitors from a mobile carrier are being flagged as a definite bot.
I have verified the connection is coming from a mobile device, and the ASN is from a mobile phone network. The end user has also provided a screenshot showing they are using a mobile phone.
Is there any way to report false positives for Bot Fight Mode?
