I have an email with Bluehost but I can’t receive emails

Hi, I’ve got a free professional email with Bluehost. I can send emails but not receive them. I believe I need to update my MX records, but I don’t really understand how to do that. I contacted Bluehost about it, and their IT support said that they can’t do anything because the nameservers of my domain are Cloudflare. Can you help me understand how to update my MX records? Thank you.
They can’t change any Cloudflare settings for you. But surely, if they care, they can do a simple DNS lookup and tell you what isn’t right that you should fix. Is that too much for a host to do?
Is that correct? Only you and your email provider can say. So please check your Bluehost dashboard and/or confirm with Bluehost support if that is correct.
