Bluehost domain email for iPad

Hi.
I need help. I have domain email I can check but not send via my iPad. I don’t have an issue on my mac with the settings just the way they are in bluehost/Cloudflare.
Why does it have to be a problem on my iPad?
Does anyone have a clue how to fix?
I’m not a techie so reading through much of this “support” stuff is like reading greek.
Currently my “cloud” is gray…

Make sure your outgoing server is correct in the settings on your iPad. This issue is not related to Cloudflare if you can send via one device, but not another.
