The following error message is on my Bluehost dashboard.
Please redirect your DNS
“my domain” A records are not pointing to Bluehost. To fix this, please log in to the DNS provider associated with this domain. Then redirect your A record to point to Bluehost IP address
I see that my local host on Cloudflare is not pointing to the Bluehost IP. Is it safe to edit this to the BH IP address?

What are referring to by that term?
Is your site not working, or are you just bothered by the message in the Bluehost dashboard?
If your site is not working you may need to add DNS for the relevant names. The most common are your apex name, example.com, and the www` hostname. They would normally use the IP of your Bluehost server. If they use the Cloudflare proxy 
, Bluehost may not clear that message, since the DNS will return Cloudflare proxy IPs and not Bluehost IPs.
