What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I don’t know what to do with this error although i have not blocked in any country. But some users in the mexico are facing these from the few days. Can anyone from the support members can check why it is happening with me. Our developer team has setup the SSL few days ago and before setup the SSL it was working fine.
