Yet, another question. If I block Amazon ASNs on Cloudflare, is the any impact to the Cloudflare platform regarding my websites loading, etc.?
There shouldn’t be. What usually happens is that external tools I use that are hosted on Amazon stop working (page speed tests, uptime monitoring, etc). Some third party plugins and similar site features might also use Amazon, but you should notice any breakage pretty quickly.

sdayman, thank you for the reply. I guess that I will need to perform an audit of server sources for the WP plugins that I use.
