Cloudflare is blocking hubspot subdomain, preventing Hubspot from issuing SSL certificate. No reply from Trust and Security team despite reaching out multiple times over the last month
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Consulted all Cloudflare documentation and forum posts regarding similar issue. Free plan users can’t take any action to fix this themselves. Even attempted contacting Cloudflare sales to inquire about a plan upgrade and didn’t get a call back. I have attempted the connection process several times, both manually and with the Cloudflare/hubspot handoff. No change in outcome.
