Website owners can literally do what they want to do with their websites, that’s beyond the control of Cloudflare, even when the website owner choose to use Cloudflare.

Contact the website owner, and at the bare minimum, include the Ray ID you see on the error page, and they will be able to dig deeper in to the situation with you.

Mypillow.com is not the only website using cloudflare that has me blocked. Little ceasars has me blocked as well. Do you have a list of blocklisted ips they use? It is so frustrating. I have no idea how I got on these lists. Please advise! Thanks!

Every site owner is in charge of their own security settings. We have no way of knowing what criteria they are using that is impacting you. Only they know. That is why you need to contact the site operators. No one else can help you with this matter.
