I am trying to log-in to my wordpress site and keep getting a message to verify I am a human. Never has happened before and it just cycles through the page. Also getting this Ray ID: 8f1ae6115cd8e5fe

You can search for the Ray ID in your Cloudflare account to see why your connection is being blocked. Once you know that, you should be able to make adjustments to prevent being blocked. If you need help with that, you can share the details from the log here.
I do not have a cloudflare account nor did I sign up for one. This randomly keeps popping up when visiting the site or trying to log-in through my admin.
If it is not being managed in your Cloudflare account, it is worth asking your webhost if they have employed any Cloudflare tools in conjunction with your site.
I loaded the /wp-admin/ path from a TOR session to see of I could trigger a Cloudflare challenge and it was blocked by a GoDaddy firewall page instead. The login page loaded without warning or challenge from a direct ISP connection.
Have you done a Vanilla Chrome test yet? I keep a clean profile with no addons to help isolate and identify whether browser issues are involved with unexpected behavior. Sometimes browser privacy plugins can trigger challenges or even lead to unexpected results from such challenges.
Let us know if you find new information from investigating any of those items.
Issue was rectified by GoDaddy and thanks for the help.
