What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot access my website unless I disabled CF. I tried to find my IP address in Dashboard > Security > Events with no success. On top of that, I switched to a different network that uses different IP and still unable to access my website. However, I asked my hosting provider (they’re from different country) to try from their end and they said they could access the website without an issue. So it is like a regional block by Cloudflare. How to deal with something like that? Again the issue occurs only when CF is enabled.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full

If you are receiving a Cloudflare block message when trying to access your site, a record will be in the security event log. Use the ray ID to locate the exact request as maybe the IP address is not what you expect (IPv6, ISP proxy, etc).

Cloudflare does not do that. You can try my site here…
https://iscloudflareblockingme.com

Use “Full (strict)” or “Strict” modes only so your site is fully secured.

Hello sjr,
Thanks for the response. You actually brought something very important to my mind. I’m not getting the Cloudflare block message (I remember how the block message look like but I’m not getting it). Instead, the site just timeout with no response. Oh and I tried https://iscloudflareblockingme.com the page loads but when I click on the link that should take me to a site proxied through Cloudflare I get no response very similar to my site. What does that mean?

If no response and just a timeout, then maybe your ISP is blocking it. Cloudflare isn’t blocking you as you can post here.
