And they looked up your RayID? That should tell them why your request was blocked.
Cloudflare provides tools to website operators. Why the request was blocked will be visible to their technical admin. Whether they choose to make an exception for you or not is their decision.
There is no ‘fault’ there is only a tool which allows or denies traffic based on settings.
I think they look up my IP. But i send them both

Cloudflare isn’t blocking you by default, nor ProtonVPN service.
If you’re visiting a Website which uses Cloudflare for other reasons, there are as well reasons why the Website owner decided to block either ProtonVPN ASN completely if you’re experiencing the default Access Denide Cloudflare page while trying to open the particular Website.
The site can block for any number of reason, that’s up to them and not something this Community nor Cloudflare can do anything about.

Cloudflare isn’t blocking you. Cloudflare provides tools to website owners to manage and configure access to their websites. No one at Cloudflare controls the security settings of a website nor will they change them. If you believe you are being blocked incorrectly you will need to take it up with the website owner.

As the screenshot indicates you need to “email the site owner” which Cloudflare is not.
The site you are trying to access uses Cloudflare. That isn’t a question. Management of the settings within Cloudflare and the decision to block or allow your access is managed by the customer, not Cloudflare.
Cloudflare isn’t going to disclose why you were blocked or make changes to the settings a website owner has put in place. They neither know, nor care why you are blocked by their tool. Those decisions are made by the website owner alone.

Ray ID from false positive. It litrerally is from cloudflare. Cloudflare is part of the route. I don’t need your politics and cancel culture. Just fix the false positive. That is literally from cloudflare documentation. No one codes ray id besides cloudflare. It’s not a social media thing,
