What is the issue you’re encountering

today access to my subdomains, which are proxied through cloudflare, was lost. I don’t understand why this happened…

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

some time ago we started active testing of our application via cdn.
after about 10 days we get domains and the whole site unavailable…
i don’t understand what the problem is - should i update my subscription plan and switch to a paid one? why didn’t cloudflare inform me about it then??

Yes, there really is a huge amount of logs about
ddos
But I don’t think it was actually ddos, we actively use data transfer via websocket… apparently this caused such a problem?
And what are the possible solutions, “explain” to the service that it is not ddos?)

really judging by the scale - it’s a DDoS…
can you tell me what I can read in the Cloudflare documentation and how to deal with this? so that the domain is not blocked by the service?
