the DNS A record called courageous-life.com (it’s 
at the moment) and see if you can access the site.

I noticed another topic in the community today from someone that is having the same issue you are, including the IP, the error message, and the presence of a Cloudflare IP in the block page instead of the actual vistor IP.
Are you trying to use your domain with an online service of some sort? If so, can you share which service? If they have any public setup guide, can you share a link to those directions?

I am using The Mastermind.com Business system
I tried that and proxied the A record still says I’m blocked
Have they offered any suggestions as to why they are blocking requests to your domain? I see the block page at the apex, but there is a 403 returned on your www. This suggests that something is not set as it needs to be in your provider’s system.
