How can I block those countries including bots.

That’s a large number of countries. Are you really sure you want to block all of them? That would include most of the EU and US.
If you really want to block them you can use IP access rules at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/firewall/tools.

Blocking countries can be achieved via aforementioned IP access rule or alternatively also via a firewall rule. Whatever you prefer.
