Block Referer - I can not run

friends are coming from my site link shortening services.

I don’t want this.

I did it like in the picture, but it doesn’t work.
How do I block referrer links? please help me.

I’ve done this to block specific referrers and it’s been working. When you check your server logs, are you seeing this Referrer?

I deleted " firewall rule." I added another one, this time it worked.

I had never thought of it.
